Ryan is a Part Owner and the Operations Manager at Advantage Coating where he oversees the entire operations department. He has been with Advantage Coating since 2002 when he started as an Applicator and has held many positions including Sales and Job Superintendent. Seeing how the planning and preparation that go into each project come together to create each unique project that we undertake is Ryan’s favorite aspect of going to work every day.

Ryan graduated from Bemidji State University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology (emphasis in Construction Management and Minor in Business Administration). Ryan and his wife, Lindsey, live in Delano, MN, with their daughter (Madeline) and son (Mason). They enjoy spending time at the lake, camping, hunting, fishing and snowmobiling.
