With seven years of experience in the flooring industry, James has built a career defined by hard work, versatility, and a passion for helping people. Starting as an Installer, he advanced to Supervisor and now excels in Sales, where he thrives on transforming old, worn-out floors into stunning spaces customers are proud to display.

As a graduate of Concordia University, St. Paul with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and a Minor in Management and Leadership, James combines his education with practical, hands-on expertise.

For James, the best part of working in his territory is the variety—exploring new places, meeting new people, and learning about their businesses.

Originally from Winsted, MN, James now resides in Prior Lake, MN, with his wife, Courtney, and their Australian Shepherd, Koda. A proud Lester Prairie High School alum, he was involved in football, basketball, baseball, and even trap shooting. His love for sports continues today, whether he’s playing rec league basketball and football or rooting for the Minnesota Vikings.

Outside of work, James enjoys staying active with hiking, camping, mountain biking, and especially spending time up north on the lake.
