With over 22 years of experience in the flooring industry, Dan has built his career from the ground up. Starting in the field in 2002, he quickly advanced to Job Supervisor, excelled in Sales, and ultimately became Sales Manager and Part Owner of Advantage Coating. His journey is defined by hard work, dedication, and a deep commitment to customer satisfaction.

For Dan, the best part of his job is the people. He loves connecting with customers, building lasting relationships, and helping them turn their flooring visions into reality. From start to finish, he’s driven to ensure every project exceeds expectations.

As a graduate of Itasca Community College, Dan brings both education and hands-on expertise to his role. Outside of work, he enjoys a busy and fulfilling life with his wife, Stephanie, and their son, Jett.

When he’s not in the office, you’ll find him fishing, golfing, snowmobiling, hunting, traveling, or spending quality time with his family. Passionate about his work and grounded by his family, Dan is dedicated to delivering results with a personal touch.
