With 7 years of experience at Advantage Coating, Zach has worked his way up from Installer to Job Supervisor and is now thriving in Sales, where he combines his hands-on experience with a knack for helping customers bring their visions to life. Before diving into the world of flooring, Zach served as a mechanic in the Army National Guard for 5 years, where he learned the value of hard work, attention to detail, and problem-solving—a mindset he carries into every project he works on.

Originally from Lester Prairie, MN, Zach has always been someone who thrives on action and adventure. Whether he’s hiking, mountain biking, ATV riding, hunting, or fishing, you’ll often find him outdoors, pushing himself and enjoying the beauty of nature.

Zach graduated from Ridgewater College in Hutchinson, MN with an Associate of Arts degree in Non-Destructive Testing, but it wasn’t long before he realized his true passion was the creative and problem-solving work that comes with designing and implementing custom flooring. Now, as a Flooring Specialist, Zach works closely with clients to ensure they get the right flooring solutions for their space and needs.
